Project Inception

Our team will work with you from the initial project review and through any subsequent proposals. If the project is an existing building, we can visit the site, complete a review, and provide feedback to the professional team.

PCSA Design Stage

Working with clients we during the PCSA stage of the project we work with the delivery and design teams offering advice on the constructability including implementation and fixing strategies.

We will work with your teams to develop specific inspection and monitoring processes to provide you the benefit of an independent quality assurance process.

Tender

Working with your procurement teams we can help develop tender information packs to include detailed bespoke bills utilising our digital take-off software that will help ensure standardisation of tender returns from the supply chain and aid the procurement team through the evaluation process.

Detailed Design

Our team can review detailed designs, developed by the specialist contractor or design teams and provide feedback with regard to an installation review helping to develop a considered solution, with the view to design out fixing, sequencing or interface issues.

Collaboration and time invested at this stage of the project will undoubtably help to minimise issues on site, reduce wasted time and programme delays and reducing unforeseen costs.

Technical Monitoring

We will provide you with an independent audit of the build process, so you have your own quality assurance process for the façade system.

Our team will review and assess the progress of the work on site. We will complete our inspection against the various design documents, manufacturer recommendation, specification, and regulations.  Promoting an open collaboration with the main contractor and specialist contractors, helping to deliver your scheme in accordance with the intended design and Employers Requirements.

Operation & Maintenance

We provide a detailed log of our activities which can be included with your operation and maintenance manual to provide supporting information and evidence of the installation process.  This will help you to delivery an robust handover document.

Digital Compliance

Information management and collation of data is imperative for building information management. CladServ utilise the Autodesk ACC platform, that allow each building section each part to be identified as an asset, for the duration of the project, photos, documents, reports and evidence generated by us will be tagged against these assets to form a complete history.

The ACC software also allows us to raise Requests for Information, review drawings and documents, show issues, and undertake digital onsite inspections, providing a collaborative and engaging experience for our clients.
